As such, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that welcomes candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels.Now Hiring: Warehouse SupervisorSidney, MTDirects the activities of warehouse personnel, including receiving, stocking, load building, customer service and deliveries.- Supervises assigned employees including staff selection and training; planning, assigning and directing work; conducting performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.- Oversees the safe and efficient handling of goods by employees operating forklifts or other machinery ensuring that employees receive the proper training and certification, if necessary.- Oversees and coordinates periodic inventory checks; prepares merchandise orders to ensure that identified stock levels meet merchandising requirements at all times; maintains record keeping system to provide immediate access to current stock information when needed.- On occasion, will perform the same duties as other yard personnel.Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and five or more years of experience performing and coordinating yard or warehousing activities, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Work Environment / Physical Activity:- Work is performed primarily in an outdoor yard environment, subject to variations in temperature and weather, equipment noise and dust.- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and on occasion up to 80 pounds.- May be required to perform specific tasks that involve climbing, lifting, pushing or kneeling.Successful, innovative, and fulfilling careers are built here, and your professional development is a high priority.
