Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

We are hiring Warehouse Associates for a hands-on role focused on material handling and product movement. This position does not require forklift experience , making it a great opportunity for candidates with basic warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

Load and unload products using manual pallet jacks

Palletize and depalletize boxes efficiently and safely

Sort, stack, and prepare shipments for distribution

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols

Essential Skills

Ability to lift up to 30lbs.

Capability to pass a 5th-grade math test.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

At least 1 year of work history.

Work Environment

The facility operates on three shifts: 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm, 2nd shift from 3pm-11:30pm, and 3rd shift from 11:30pm-7:30am. Optional overtime is available on weekends. Employees work in an ESD facility requiring smocks and heel straps, ensuring a safe and professional atmosphere.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.
