What's a typical day as Administrative Support? You'll be:

Managing the Plant Manager's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Screening and prioritizing incoming correspondence, calls, and requests, ensuring efficient communication flow.

Preparing, editing, and proofreading emails, memos, presentations, and other business documents to maintain high standards of professionalism.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing, plant, or industrial setting.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with reporting/dashboard tools.

Possess strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
