The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Lead Partnerships Specialist for the Marketing Outreach Division, with responsibilities to manage, organize, plan, and coordinate national, regional, and local marketing activities, leading a team of recruiters/marketers. Liaison between unit marketing activities and the Marketing Division for marketing campaigns/programs. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Marketing Contract Support Division. Coordinates closely with event organizers to seamlessly integrate agency activities into existing programs, ensuring proper scheduling, resource allocation, and audience engagement while respecting event goals and constraints. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing partnerships through comprehensive data collection and analysis of audience engagement metrics, attendance figures, media coverage, and community feedback to assess impact and return on investment. Provides ongoing strategic counsel, insights, and analysis through regularly scheduled communications and meetings. Recommends marketing approaches to support new programs and possible adjustments to continuing programs. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level (or equivalent in other pay systems) in the federal service in which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is experience which includes assisting in the execution of various public engagement assignments that include but are not limited to elements of social media, community engagement, agency information, communication planning, special event planning, and training programs. The ability to develop effective advertising materials for effectiveness in communicating to different target audiences. Knowledge of marketing and recruitment goals, trends, and strategic philosophy Ability to apply marketing program concepts, written and oral communication principles, techniques, and analytical methods to perform a wide range of assignments to develop intercommunication between the unit and a variety of stakeholders. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to include preparing briefings, talking papers or other products describing or highlighting programs. Knowledge of contracting process and proper behavior when dealing with contractors. Knowledge to effectively analyze, plan, organize, and execute a budget plan in support of marketing activities.
