It serves as the practical hotel operations laboratory for the Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration, providing students with hands-on experience in hospitality management. The hotel combines modern elegance with the vibrant energy of campus life, offering guests a unique and immersive stay. With over 150 rooms and state-of-the-art conference facilities, it hosts numerous important events and meetings. The primary role of our Food Service Worker team is to serve high-quality food, quickly and safely, according to the set restaurants' standards, while providing exceptional guest service. Team members will be assigned to a station according to business needs for the day/week/semester; flexibility in work assignments is necessary. Work schedules vary based on business demand and may require night, weekend, or holiday availability.Required Qualifications: Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing. Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive and equitable working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community members. One year related food service experience.
