? What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Answer inbound calls from members and providers
Assist with prior authorization inquiries and general healthcare-related questions
Handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy
Document customer interactions and update records across multiple systems
Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and accuracy standards
Manage approximately 50-100 calls per day depending on call complexity
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
?? At least 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience
?? Strong customer service skills
?? Stable work history with good tenure
?? Ability to @type 30+ WPM
?? Strong computer and data entry skills
?? Experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously
?? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
? Healthcare or medical industry experience
? Prior Authorization experience
? Pharmacy Technician Certification
? Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Training Program
Paid Training
Monday - Friday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
4-week onboarding and training program
Training is designed to set you up for success through guided learning, practice scenarios, and ongoing support.
Schedule
Candidates must be available to work within:
5:00 AM - 10:00 PM
7 days per week
A set schedule will be assigned following training.
Important: Mandatory overtime may be required during January and February.
