Mortgage Operations Support Specialist

Communicated with members to collect required documentation, provide loan status updates, and deliver excellent customer service.

Maintained accurate records, tracked workflow tasks, and updated loan information in internal systems.

Collaborated with internal departments, vendors, and third parties to resolve discrepancies and support timely loan processing.

Generated reports, monitored pipeline activity, and identified opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Performed administrative duties while adhering to company policies and federal lending regulations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Front Royal, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
