Job Title: Field Sales Representative - Delivery Partner Program (KY)Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to help launch and grow a new delivery partner program in Kentucky by recruiting local businesses to join a hub-based delivery network. You will spend most of your time in the field visiting prospective business partners, presenting the program, qualifying leads, and guiding interested businesses through the application process. Working closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors, you will also support community-based recruitment events and manage your pipeline in Salesforce. The position requires regular travel of up to approximately 90 minutes each way and offers uncapped commission based on the number of partners successfully onboarded.
Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a 90-minute driving distance to introduce the delivery partner program.
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to local businesses in a clear and compelling way to generate interest and applications.
Qualify prospective business partners based on program criteria and guide them step-by-step through the application process.
Lead and track sales activity in Salesforce, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of prospects and applicants.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events such as lunch-and-learns and town hall meetings.
Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage local influencers and organizations, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and awareness.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure data is complete, accurate, and organized.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective partners, answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping them solve issues that arise during the application and onboarding process.
Drive referrals through community organizations and local networks to expand the reach of the program and identify new potential partners.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, urgency, and follow-through in all interactions with businesses and community stakeholders.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience in an outside sales environment.
Field sales experience.
Experience using a CRM system, specifically Salesforce.
1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently in the field and manage a personal sales pipeline.
Attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage data and documentation.
Ability to travel up to approximately 3 hours round trip on a daily basis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers.
Experience in field sales is a strong plus.
Demonstrated professionalism and enthusiasm for working with others.
High sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset.
Problem-solving skills, especially in supporting applicants in the field.
Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology platforms.
Interest in growing a new territory and contributing to the success of a new delivery program.
Work Environment
This is a field-based role focused on supporting a new delivery partner program in southeastern Kentucky. You will primarily work on the road, visiting local businesses in targeted towns within roughly a 90-minute driving radius and may travel up to 3 hours round trip daily. Preferred home base locations include Big Stone Gap, Norton, Clintwood, and Cumberland, KY, or nearby areas that allow convenient access to the southeastern Kentucky territory. You will regularly use Salesforce as your primary CRM tool and work with Excel spreadsheets for data imports and reporting. The role involves close collaboration with a Field Manager and other local contractors, as well as engagement with community organizations such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations. The position offers uncapped commission potential tied to partner conversions, along with a monthly phone bill expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. The environment suits someone comfortable working independently in the field, interacting frequently with local businesses, and representing a growing delivery program in the community.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr.
