This is a Salary Non-Exempt position
Position Summary:
This position offers an exciting opportunity as the Domestic Sales Manager Assistant in the Domestic Sales Department at the ADM Rice Mill.
Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to:
Sales Order Processing
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders on time
Document Customer Details
Manage Specified Accounts
Data Entry/Filing
Freight Coordination
Invoice processing
Generate Accurate Requested Reports
Manage Empty Bag Inventory and Purchasing
Perform Monthly Cycle Counts
Assist Manager with various tasks and reporting
Communicate well with Colleagues/Management efficiently
Perform Miscellaneous Sales Manager assistant duties upon request
Assist with Quality Claims
Billing Approval and/or Disputes
AR Account Reconciliation
Perform Miscellaneous Duties upon Management Request
Ability to work in a diverse team
Can work overtime as needed
Available after hours to respond to urgent inquiries
All other duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic, including attention to details
Ability to work in a team environment.
Work well under pressure
Basic computer skills
Respectful, positive attitude
Must be self-motivated
Ability to problem solving, good time managing, and organizational skills
Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
