osition Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role assists with scheduling, communication, data entry, document management, and supporting leadership and team members with daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.

Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Perform data entry and update company databases accurately.

Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.

Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.

Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.

Assist with invoice processing, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.

Support onboarding activities and employee documentation.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Provide general administrative support to management and staff.

Requirements

Education

High school diploma or GED required.

Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Experience

1-3 years of administrative, office support, customer service, or related experience preferred.

Experience supporting multiple departments or managers is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM, ERP, or office management systems.

Knowledge of scheduling and calendar management.
