POSITION SUMMARY

The Office Administrator/Document Control will support different departments and a series of diverse activities in the office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Support

Provide general office duties such as maintenance of companys library, flow of correspondence, filing, faxing, etc.

Daily organization of kitchen and conference rooms upon finalization of each meeting

Responsible for control, procurement, storage and distribution of office supplies

Pre-Construction

Coordinate all phases of Document Control system including the printing registration, dispatch, filing and archiving of technical documents as well as posting appropriate documents on BuildingConnectedto solicit bids from subs and in the server

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience performing the duties described above

AA degree in a related field a plus

Knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff and Construction Estimating a must

Proficiency in WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security a must
