?? What You'll Do
As a BHE Assembler / Production Operator, you'll play a critical role in building products that support industries around the world.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
? Operating production equipment, machines, and overhead cranes safely
? Loading and unloading metal plates, components, and finished products
? Assembling heat exchangers using hand and power tools
? Utilizing touchscreen computer systems to access work instructions and update production information
? Setting up and monitoring equipment to ensure efficient, high-quality production
? Reading blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing instructions
? Inspecting products to ensure they meet strict quality standards
? Troubleshooting minor production or equipment issues
? Supporting shipping, warehouse, and production functions as needed
? Participating in process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
? Maintaining organized workstations through 5S practices
? Collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teams to keep production moving efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:
? 2-3 years of manufacturing experience operating machines, equipment, or production systems
? Experience using hand and power tools in a production or assembly environment
? Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
? Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing drawings
? Experience with machine operation and assembly processes
? Comfortable working with computers and touchscreen production systems
? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
? Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail
? Ability to follow SOPs and maintain compliance with safety requirements

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of RICHMOND, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
