Responsibilities for the Sr. Supply Chain role include but are not limited to:

Create, update, and expedite purchase orders to support production schedules.

Follow up with suppliers on purchase order status and delivery dates.

Resolve routine purchase order discrepancies, including pricing, quantities, and invoice issues.

Monitor material availability and communicate potential shortages or delivery delays to the Supply Chain team.

Support weekly material readiness meetings by providing status updates on open orders and critical materials.

Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when needed.

Maintain accurate purchasing and material information in SAP, including lead times, pricing, and vendor information.

Review inventory levels and assist with material replenishment activities.

Perform routine SAP transactions related to purchase orders, inventory, and material movements.

Assist with maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) and material master data as assigned.

Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation.

Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives as needed.

Candidates for this Sr. Supply Chain role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.

1-3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory coordination.

Experience using SAP or another ERP system REQUIRED.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
