Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 2, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting senior management and departmental functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant 2

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $25

What's the Job?

Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments for senior leaders

Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries

Assist with organizing meetings, events, and team logistics

Support department financial operations and procurement processes

Onboard and offboard employees, including hardware and peripheral setup

What's Needed?

2-4 years of administrative or executive support experience

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs

Experience with Microsoft tools and internal systems is a plus
