Description We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a Contract position based in Franklin, Massachusetts. This summer assignment offers a part-time schedule and is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, and comfortable managing tasks independently. The role involves a mix of front-office support, administrative coordination, and digital communication using common office tools and social media platforms. This assignment is expected to run through Labor Day weekend, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day office support by handling clerical tasks, organizing information, and keeping administrative activities on track.

Welcome and assist callers or visitors courteously, ensuring a positive and helpful first point of contact.

Enter and update records accurately while maintaining organized files and documentation.

Use social media platforms effectively to support basic communication and outreach needs as assigned.

Work independently during scheduled hours, managing priorities with minimal supervision in an office setting.

Operate confidently on a MacBook and use standard office applications to complete assigned work.

Support reception-related activities, including monitoring communications and responding appropriately to routine inquiries.

Contribute to a detail-oriented office environment through strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, receptionist work, or a similar business support role.

Ability to answer inbound calls clearly and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.

Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy and detail.

Comfort using MacBook systems and general office technology for daily tasks.

Familiarity with major social media platforms and the ability to navigate them confidently.

Proven ability to work independently and stay productive in a quiet office environment.

Personable, reliable, and detail-oriented approach with strong interpersonal communication skills.

Availability to work a part-time schedule, Monday through Friday, generally 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with some flexibility. TalentMatch®
