Responsibilities

Your Journey as an Administrator in Residency:

Hands-On Experience: Gain invaluable hands-on experience, honing your ability to organize the facility's functions through efficient departmentalization and delegation.

Resource Stewardship : Understand the vital importance of controlling and optimizing physical and financial resources effectively.

Policy & Procedure Expertise: Develop the skills to implement policies and procedures that ensure safety, efficiency, and the delivery of high-quality services.

Regulatory Compliance: Learn to review and act upon reports, maintaining compliance with the highest standards.

Financial Acumen : Master responsible accounting practices, including budget management and internal controls, ensuring the center's financial health.

Qualifications

Position will be based in a Diversicare center with an active Preceptor's Certification.

Must be willing to relocate within the states Diversicare operates

Applicants must meet the state education and experience requirements to participate in Diversicare's Administrator in Residency Program

Applicants must be of good moral character and physically able to perform duties

Must have excellent people skills and be able to engage and connect with guests, families, team members, and other leaders.

Proven ability to utilize strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.

Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the center
