We're seeking a strategic and operationally-minded marketing leader to support a Consumer Product Marketing organization. This role will focus on building foundational systems and processes that drive efficiency, enable seamless collaboration between Brand Marketing and Product teams, and improve campaign execution and measurement.
You'll be instrumental in driving operational rigor, redefining workflows, and architecting scalable frameworks that empower marketing teams to execute with precision and impact. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement an operating model that aligns Brand and Product Marketing workflows
Stand up and manage a centralized campaign calendar to improve visibility and planning across teams
Define and operationalize objectives, priorities, and initiatives to drive alignment and execution
Establish standardized measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights
Facilitate cross-functional communication between marketing, product, analytics, and creative teams
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring scalable processes for future launches
Support quarterly planning, team rituals, and documentation to drive transparency and accountability

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $85.00/hr.
