Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, business-minded Clinic Director to lead our high-performance outpatient facility. This is a unique opportunity to manage a dynamic, open-concept clinic designed like a professional athletic training room. You will balance hands-on, active patient care with operational leadership, staff mentorship, and local community engagement.

Lead Operations: Oversee daily clinic performance, budgeting, and growth strategies.

Mentor Talent: Manage and develop a collaborative team of physical therapists and support staff.

Drive Active Care: Treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries in a vibrant, open-concept environment.

Build Community: Connect with local high schools, run clubs, and athletic organizations to grow the clinic's footprint.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State

Management and marketing experience preferred

Interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations

Strong communication and time-management skills

$5,000 sign-on bonus
