Quality Technician II

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Key Responsibilities Inspect and test
products throughout manufacturing to verify compliance with engineering
drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Perform
dimensional, attribute, mechanical, performance, destructive, and
non-destructive testing as required. Record inspection and test data
while utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods when
applicable. Prepare inspection reports, document nonconformances, and
assist production teams in implementing corrective and preventive
actions. Calibrate and maintain inspection tools, gauges, and
measurement equipment. Operate precision measuring equipment including
CMMs, profilometers, hardness testers, optical comparators, calipers,
micrometers, protractors, and other inspection instruments. Lead or
support Material Review Board (MRB) activities, containment actions, and
internal/external sorting projects. Conduct and lead quality audits,
including ISO and in-process product audits. Perform other
quality-related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school
diploma or GED required; Associate\'s degree or technical certification
preferred. Minimum of three years of manufacturing or engineering
experience. Proficient with precision inspection tools and quality
measurement equipment. Ability to read and interpret engineering
drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing specifications. Strong
mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to
evaluate inspection results, determine product conformity, and make
sound quality decisions. Effective written and verbal communication
skills with the ability to prepare reports, procedures, and communicate
findings. Physical Requirements Frequently lift and move materials up to
25 lbs. Perform standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching,
twisting, pushing, and pulling throughout 8-12 hour shifts. Work
primarily on concrete flooring in a manufacturing environment. Wear
required personal protective equipment, including hearing protection, in
