POSITION OVERVIEW

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve asAdministrative Assistant I. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Serves as staff assistant to the Deputy Director of State Central

Serves as a confidential liaison to the Budget and Payroll Sections

of the Department.

Reviews correspondence and apprises the Deputy Director of urgent

issues.

As an administrative assistant to the Deputy Director, screens phone

calls for the Deputy Director, Deputy SCR Administrators, and supervisory staff.
