What You'll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of manufacturing and commercial equipment while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair complex manufacturing and commercial equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control system issues.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and support production teams with equipment-related issues.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
Conduct inspections and identify opportunities for equipment improvements and process optimization.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, operators, and fellow technicians to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
Document repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment performance records accurately.
What You Bring
Required Skills & Experience
Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Solid mechanical aptitude with experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatic systems, motors, conveyors, and production machinery.
Experience troubleshooting PLC systems and automated equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Understanding of preventive maintenance programs and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Welding and fabrication experience.
Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment.
Knowledge of automation systems and industrial controls.
Technical certification, trade school training, or related maintenance experience.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stamping Ground, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $68000.00/yr.

Hourly pay roughly $20-$37 depending on skill level and shift
Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 36-40 hours
Shift differentials:
About $3/hour for night shift
Small differential for evening shift
