Facility Customer Service Coordinator

The Facility Coordinator works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.?This position contributes to the growth of our business through supporting current and potential customers, handling inquiries and determining their product needs.

Location: 1 Foundry Street, Lowell, MA 01852

Compensation: $22.14- $28.72 hourly

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 1st shift

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Step 3 - In-Store Interview

Your video interview is reviewed by a member of our Recruitment team and our top candidates are invited to meet with our team in a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility or delivery service terminal.
