Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to join a team in Richland Hills, Texas on a Contract basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader who can partner closely with management, strengthen financial accuracy, and support a complex operating environment. The position calls for deep expertise in controllership, manufacturing finance, and NetSuite, along with the ability to improve processes while maintaining reliable reporting.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across the organization.

Partner with leadership to support the accounting integration of acquired entities into the existing NetSuite environment.

Review and validate financial results, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities to maintain reporting integrity.

Oversee general ledger operations, including alignment of account structures and chart of accounts consistency.

Apply manufacturing accounting knowledge to inventory, costing, and related financial processes.

Identify workflow gaps and implement practical improvements that enhance efficiency and control within the accounting function.

Provide hands-on guidance during implementation-related accounting activities to support a smooth transition and dependable outputs. Requirements - Proven experience serving in a Controller or comparable senior accounting leadership role.

Strong background working with NetSuite implementations, integrations, or system optimization initiatives.

Solid expertise in general ledger management and chart of accounts design or maintenance.

Experience in manufacturing accounting, including inventory accounting, costing, and month-end close.

Demonstrated ability to assess and validate financial data with a high degree of accuracy.

Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment and collaborating directly with executive or operational leadership.
