Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role supports e-commerce operations by safely and efficiently moving products throughout a distribution center using warehouse equipment. You will help ensure merchandise arrives in perfect condition by unloading inbound trucks, stocking inventory in designated locations, picking and packing orders, and loading outbound shipments for store delivery.
Responsibilities
Operate warehouse equipment to move products safely and efficiently throughout the distribution center.
Unload merchandise from inbound trucks and verify that shipments match documentation.
Process the receipt of merchandise by sorting, organizing, and preparing items for storage.
Stock received merchandise into specific designated locations in the warehouse.
Locate specified products and accurately pick items to fulfill customer and store orders.
Pack smaller products into larger containers or cartons for shipment to stores, ensuring items are protected and properly labeled.
Move picked and packed products to the loading dock in preparation for outbound shipment.
Load merchandise onto trucks for shipment to company locations, following loading procedures and safety guidelines.
Inspect products and packaging to ensure items are in sellable condition before shipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with warehouse standards.
Essential Skills
Experience operating warehouse equipment used for moving and handling products within a distribution center.
Proficiency in receiving and unloading merchandise from inbound trucks.
Ability to stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Experience in order picking, including locating specified products accurately and efficiently.
Experience in shipping and loading, including preparing and loading merchandise onto outbound trucks.
Strong attention to detail to ensure products are in perfect condition and orders are accurate.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
High school diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or e-commerce fulfillment environment.
Comfort working with various @types of warehouse equipment and tools.
Ability to work effectively on a second shift schedule.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Reliability and punctuality in adhering to scheduled shifts.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.65 - $21.65/hr.
