Ellis Medicine is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join Ellis Primary Care at our Primary Care Office in Glenville, New York.

Practice Highlights

Ellis Primary Care at Glenville provides comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including:

Preventive care and wellness visits

Pediatric and adolescent medicine

Adult and geriatric care

Annual physical examinations

Management of acute illnesses and injuries

Chronic disease management

Immunizations and preventive screenings

Health promotion and lifestyle counseling

Qualifications

Current New York State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

DEA registration required

Board Certification required

Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.

Compensation & Benefits

Ellis Medicine offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including:

Starting salary: $136,842

$5,000 Starting Bonus

Relocation assistance available

Health, dental, and vision insurance

Retirement savings plan with employer match

Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage

CME allowance and paid CME time

Generous paid time off

Eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program

Compensation may vary based on experience, training, and other factors. Additional incentive opportunities may be available.
