Join Associated Bank as a Senior Sales Relationship Manager, Personal Trust, where you will help high-net-worth clients navigate complex wealth planning and fiduciary solutions. This role combines relationship management, strategic business development, and financial planning expertise to grow client assets and deepen long-term partnerships. You\'ll work closely with internal specialists and community partners while building a meaningful impact within Wealth Management. Key Accountabilities Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to generate new trust and wealth management business. Build and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth clients, referral partners, and centers of influence. Advise clients on sophisticated financial planning topics including estate, retirement, investment, and charitable planning. Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. Manage assigned trust and fiduciary accounts, including account reviews, cash flow coordination, and client documentation. Review estate planning documents and trust agreements to ensure accurate administration and compliance. Maintain an active sales pipeline and track business development activity through Salesforce. Represent the bank in community and professional organizations to enhance visibility and generate referrals. Education & Experience Required Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience managing high-level client relationships within financial services or investment management. 10+ years of experience in personal trust, fiduciary administration, estate planning and wealth management sales.
