About the Role:
As a CBRE Marketing Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for performing complex marketing research. This includes collecting, reviewing, and presenting information while maintaining databases.
This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.
What You'll Do:
Build meaningful relationships with our sales teams, learn their property marketing process and preferences, and be seen as a trusted partner.
Work with sales teams to determine the correct marketing strategy for their listings and connect them with the appropriate property marketing strategy and resource model.
Come to the table with great marketing ideas, concepts and solutions for executing cutting-edge ideas.
Provide messaging, light copyrighting, branding and marketing ideas.
Manage the creation of collateral to market our commercial real estate listings including brochures, eblasts, websites, signage, offering memorandums, and more as-needed.
Oversee all projects from start to finish, working with our regional Design Team to execute the deliverables - maintain schedule of active projects using our project management platform, outline creative briefs, research and source content, work with vendors as appropriate, communicate what is needed for each project with designers.
Manage outsourced graphic support (maps, site plans, stack plans, etc.)
Ensure CBRE brand and legal requirements are met.
Ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
Provide quality control on projects by reviewing and proofing for errors or unacceptable standards.
Craft creative messaging, themes, and key differentiators around property marketing efforts.
Attend and actively contribute to kick-off strategy, status, follow-up/debrief, and presentation preparation meetings.
Work closely with graphic design team to develop client-specific design approaches. Acts as a liaison between brokers and designers to determine the appropriate branding and messaging for presentations/proposals
Make light design edits to existing materials as needed.
Interview brokers, subject matter experts, and other team members across the organization to elicit the knowledge required to generate content.
Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Prior experience with data visualization tools.
Broad knowledge of Marketing Research and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Marketing Specialist position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Marketing Specialist position is $92,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
