Description

A nonprofit organization in Harford County is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to provide short-term vacation coverage. This person will be responsible for handling all front desk duties, including greeting and directing guests, taking phone calls, mail handling, and general office tasks. Must have a friendly demeanor and prior front desk experience!

Requirements - Prior experience in a reception, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role

Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and handle a high volume of inbound calls

Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, service-oriented approach

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once

Comfort working in a fast-paced office setting while maintaining attention to detail

Proficiency with basic office software and standard administrative tools

Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently while supporting a broader team TalentMatch®
