Warehouse Operator - Overnight | $22.50/hr | Weekly Pay

Macedon, NY | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Kelly is hiring Warehouse Operators for a leading food manufacturing facility in Macedon, NY. If you have warehouse, distribution, material handling, or equipment operation experience and are looking for a stable overnight opportunity with long-term potential, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay

$22.50 per hour

Schedule

3rd Shift: Tuesday-Saturday | 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Training: Candidates hired for this position will complete approximately 2 weeks of paid training on 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) before transitioning to the overnight schedule.

Overtime may be available based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Move raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the facility

Operate electric pallet jacks, walk-behind stackers, forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment as needed

Load, unload, stage, wrap, and label materials

Supply production lines with materials to keep operations running efficiently

Complete inventory transactions and maintain accurate records

Inspect materials and report quality concerns

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Follow warehouse, food safety, GMP, quality, and company safety procedures

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, material handling, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred

Experience operating warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, walk-behind stackers, or similar equipment preferred

Comfortable learning and operating multiple @types of warehouse equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Basic computer skills are a plus

Reliable transportation required, as public transportation is limited
