Warehouse Associate

Location: Sarasota, FL

Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift available

Pay: $18-20/hr depending on experience (Pay increases could be available after 90 days)

Position Summary

We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-moving distribution environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, helping ensure customers receive the right products on time.

Key Responsibilities

Pick orders using pick tickets, scanners, or warehouse systems

Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit

Verify product accuracy, quantities, and condition before shipment

Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory

Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.)

Label, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order picking experience preferred

Ability to work on your feet and stay active throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Dependable with a solid work ethic

Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and on a team

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with inventory systems or handheld scanners

Experience handling parts, equipment, or industrial products

Basic knowledge of warehouse organization and logistics

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bradenton, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
