Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
This role supports a high-volume warehouse and production operation by performing packaging, mail sorting, and general labor tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position involves standing for most of the shift, handling repetitive tasks with accuracy, and working as part of a large, collaborative production team. Some openings offer the potential to convert to long-term employment, while others are strictly temporary, with additional opportunities available during the holiday season.
Responsibilities
Perform packaging and production tasks on automatic conveyor lines, ensuring items are packed accurately and efficiently.
Handle mailroom duties, including mail sorting, packing, and preparing materials for distribution.
Use RF scanners to scan, track, and verify products and packages as they move through the production process.
Lift and move packages weighing up to 30 pounds as part of daily warehouse and production activities.
Stand for the majority of the shift while performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Shadow experienced team members to learn tasks, follow verbal directions carefully, and replicate processes consistently.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and support overall warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures while working on and around conveyor lines.
Demonstrate strong reliability by arriving on time, being prepared for each shift, and completing assigned tasks.
Engage with supervisors and team members, ask questions when needed, and participate actively in on-the-job training.
Support increased production demands during the holiday season, including working additional hours or second shift as needed.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds safely and repeatedly throughout the shift.
Comfort working in a repetitive, tedious, and fast-paced production role.
Ability to stand on your feet for the entire shift.
Willingness to work in a warm or hot warehouse environment during the summer months.
Strong reliability, including consistent attendance and arriving on time.
Positive attitude and willingness to stay engaged throughout the shift.
Ability to follow verbal directions accurately and replicate tasks without written instructions.
Willingness to learn through shadowing and hands-on training.
Comfort using RF scanners or willingness to learn basic RF scanning processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with a large production team on a shared production floor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Openness to working additional hours during the holiday ramp (November-December), including potential second-shift assignments.
Flexibility to support extended hours during peak periods, with some team members working up to 60 hours per week in the holiday season.
Interest in temporary or contract-to-hire opportunities, depending on business needs.
Strong engagement and focus in environments where tasks are not documented in writing and instructions are primarily verbal.
Comfort in a high-volume warehouse and production setting with automatic conveyor lines.

Work Environment
The role is based in a large, well-lit, clean, and organized warehouse and production facility. The production floor uses automatic conveyor lines for all packaging activities and typically has around 80 people working together on first shift. A second shift is added only during the holiday ramp to support increased volume. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with extended hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and additional overtime during November and December, when some employees may work up to 60 hours per week. The environment does not require medical clearances, certifications, or specialized personal protective equipment. The dress code is casual, allowing shorts and t-shirts, and in certain sections of the facility, employees may wear earbuds or headphones while working, as permitted by site guidelines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
