Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role involves accurately picking and processing work orders, preparing pumps and related components for shipment, and performing a variety of warehouse tasks using an ERP/WMS system. You will work in small industrial work cells, handle inventory and materials, and ensure orders are completed on time with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.
Responsibilities
Pick and process work orders for assembly with a high level of accuracy.
Prepare pumps and related components for shipment according to specifications and schedules.
View, interpret, and complete work orders using an ERP system (such as Glovia) or warehouse management system.
Pull parts and materials from inventory to fulfill orders and support production and assembly.
Pack shipments securely and correctly, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Perform general shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading materials.
Use RF scanners to track inventory, orders, and material movement within the warehouse.
Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe manner.
Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records using WMS/ERP tools.
Handle, move, and organize materials and products within small work cells and warehouse areas.
Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system on a computer.
Ability to view and process work orders in an ERP system such as Glovia.
Proficiency in order picking, packing, and packaging.
Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
Ability to use RF scanners for inventory and order tracking.
Material handling experience, including loading and unloading.
Ability to operate a pallet jack safely.
Forklift experience.
Strong attention to detail in all tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Basic computer skills for working within ERP/WMS applications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in warehouse inventory control.
Background in order picking and warehouse inventory management.
Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments and small work cells.
Comfort working with pumps or mechanical components is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Work Environment
The role is based in an industrial warehouse setting with small work cells focused on efficient, organized operations. You will work on a first-shift schedule, with available shifts of 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. or 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. The environment involves regular use of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, RF scanners, and ERP/WMS systems. Work includes material handling, loading and unloading, and moving items up to 50 pounds. The setting emphasizes safety, organization, and teamwork in a hands-on, production-oriented atmosphere.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Commerce, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
