As a Security Officer Spanish Language Patrol in Dallas, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. This role offers the chance to provide outstanding customer service and communication while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or vendor access as directed by site procedures, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues.

Support emergency and evacuation procedures, assist with access control and incident response, and communicate clearly with employees, visitors, and/or first responders during changing situations.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
