Manager, Loan Processing

Salary: $86,000 - $138,000/YR Actual offer will be based on experience, location, education, and/or skills

Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced operations leader with deep knowledge of loan processing and a passion for driving accuracy, efficiency, and team performance. You excel in fast-paced environments, manage competing priorities effectively, and bring a proactive approach to solving complex issues. You enjoy developing teams, improving workflows, and collaborating across departments to deliver seamless loan experiences.

About the Role

The Manager, Loan Processing oversees daily operations across all processing functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. They lead, coach and develop the loan processing team, while maintaining up-to-date policies, procedures and documentation. This role serves as the primary escalation point for complex issues, cross departmental inquiries and workflow challenges. They collaborate with internal stakeholders to enable seamless loan origination to servicing transition, support and contribute to strategic initiatives, system enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
