Job Title: Warehouse Clerk
Job Description
This temporary Warehouse Clerk role supports inventory preparation and daily warehouse operations in a small, fast-paced facility. You will assist with inventory counts, labeling master packs, preparing boxes and packaging materials, verifying SKU numbers, packaging products, and confirming inventory quantities using basic computer systems. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
Prepare inventory for scheduled inventory counts by organizing and staging products for accurate counting.
Perform inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy through careful verification of quantities.
Verify SKU numbers against products and inventory records to ensure correct identification of all items.
Label master packs and inventory accurately so products are clearly and correctly marked.
Prepare boxes and packaging materials for inventory handling, storage, and shipment preparation.
Package products according to company standards, confirming quantities before sealing and preparing for shipment or storage.
Enter and verify inventory information using basic warehouse systems and computer applications.
Maintain accurate inventory records by updating data promptly and correctly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
Follow instructions from warehouse leadership and respond promptly to changing priorities.
Perform general warehouse tasks such as picking, packaging, shipping and receiving, material handling, and other general labor duties as needed.
Stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day while performing repetitive tasks in a warehouse setting.
Essential Skills
Proven attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in product counts and SKU numbers.
Ability to maintain accuracy in labeling, inventory preparation, and inventory processes.
Basic computer skills to enter and verify inventory information and use warehouse systems.
Capability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day and perform repetitive warehouse tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse leadership and team members.
Consistent attendance and punctuality with a strong sense of reliability.
Flexibility to adapt to changing warehouse priorities and tasks.
Availability to work overtime on specified dates when required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with picking, packaging, inventory, shipping and receiving, material handling, or general labor in a warehouse environment.
Ability to organize and stage products efficiently for inventory counts.
Experience verifying SKU numbers and labeling master packs or inventory items.
Comfort working in a small warehouse environment with a first-shift schedule.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills are encouraged and considered a plus.

Work Environment
You work in a small warehouse environment on a consistent first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role requires standing and working on your feet for up to 8 hours per day while performing repetitive tasks such as picking, packaging, and material handling. The warehouse uses basic computer systems and warehouse applications to track and verify inventory data. You maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and may be asked to work overtime on specific dates to support peak inventory or operational needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
