Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions from our New Jersey office. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing order-related requests, and maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will handle a steady volume of inbound and outbound communication while ensuring accurate information is recorded and resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming customer calls and provide timely, detail-focused assistance for questions, concerns, and service needs.

Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on open issues, confirm details, and support customer satisfaction.

Process customer orders with accuracy, ensuring all entries are complete and aligned with internal procedures.

Document conversations, updates, and resolutions clearly within the appropriate systems.

Address service-related issues by gathering relevant information and coordinating next steps toward resolution.

Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding order status, account inquiries, and general support requests.

Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting productivity expectations in an in-office call center setting. Requirements - Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Ability to handle both inbound and outbound phone interactions with professionalism.

Experience entering and updating orders or customer records with strong attention to detail.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of customer activity.

Comfort working in a permanent on-site office environment.
