Description

Performs advanced diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience skills and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: production and interpretation of reports addressing reporting issues conducting routine assignments and analysis participating in special projects responding to information and data requests documenting and recommending enhancements to processes and procedures. Interact with related internal and external customers on a routine basis. Works under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative support to the VP including calendar management meeting coordination and travel arrangements.

Coordinate meetings and events including agenda creation logistics and follow-up on action items.

Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders ensuring timely communication and alignment.

Manage expense reporting purchase orders and budget tracking as needed.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $28.85/hr.
