Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping administrative processes organized, providing attentive front-desk support, and handling a steady flow of communication with accuracy and efficiency. The person in this role will help maintain a smooth office environment by coordinating routine tasks, managing information, and assisting internal teams with essential administrative needs.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day clerical activities to keep office operations organized and running efficiently.

Receive and direct incoming calls in a courteous and attentive manner, ensuring messages are handled promptly.

Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while maintaining a positive and attentive office presence.

Prepare, update, and organize records, forms, and other administrative documents with attention to detail.

Enter and maintain data in office systems accurately to support reporting and daily business activities.

Coordinate general office tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence to assist team productivity.

Monitor administrative workflows and help resolve routine issues to support uninterrupted office functions. Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist capacity.

Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

Experience performing general office duties such as filing, scheduling, and document handling.

Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail when maintaining records.

Proficiency with standard office software and administrative tools.
