This temporary role provides administrative and clerical support to a sales team during the busiest time of the year.

Assignment Details:

Up to 6-month assignment - Full time hours

Hours are typically 8-5 M-F

Possible overtime required

Responsibilities:

· Spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel

· Supporting quoting team with proposal creation

· Entering customer information into our systems

· Directing calls or responding to inquiries

· Scheduling appointments

· Working on projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

· 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment

· Group health insurance experience is preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word

· HS Diploma or GED equivalent

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
