The Director of Operations will be responsible for the overall, internal day-to-day operations of our nationally recognized, Division I FCS football program. This position will support student-athletes and coaches in the overall development and operations of the program. All duties must be completed in compliance with University, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Duties and Responsibilities: Office Operations: Manage and oversee all travel plans and logistical operations for the Football program. This includes but is not limited to planning ground transportation, air travel, hotels, and meals for the entire travel party. Serve as primary football office representative with Athletics Facilities and Ops relative to scheduling practices and events. Primary contact for game management to streamline game day activities. Attend all game management meetings. Work closely with football staff to assist with everyday tasks such as but not limited to study hall, ordering office supplies, and transportation for student-athletes. Responsible for taking notes at staff meetings and circulating them.
