At Bretz RV & Marine, we are proud to be a family-owned company that is focused on helping customers get out camping and boating. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Internal Service Advisor to join our Liberty Lake team.

This is an on-site position that plays an important role in keeping inventory, sold units, and internal service work moving through the process. The Internal Service Advisor will create and manage work orders for RVs and boats, communicate with the sales and service teams, and help ensure units are prepared accurately and efficiently.

This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working on a computer, able to manage details, and enjoys working with multiple departments to keep things on track.

Responsibilities:

Create work orders for sold and stock RVs and boats, including pre-delivery inspection work orders.

Ensure work orders are accurate and include all necessary information.

Review required parts orders needed to complete repairs and installations on stock units.

Communicate effectively and professionally with sales, service, parts, and management.

Attend daily delivery meetings and provide updates on sold delivery units.

Enter repair orders into the computer system.

Close repair orders with all required documentation and information.

Help keep internal service work organized and moving through the process.

Support the service and sales departments as needed.

Complete additional duties as assigned.

Maintain, update, and track work order documentation.

Requirements:

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and follow-through.

Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working with multiple departments and priorities.

Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience That May Be Helpful:

Service advising experience.

Shipping and receiving experience.

Customer service experience.

Office or administrative experience.

Experience in management, insurance, service, or other detail-focused roles.

Schedule:

On-site position at our Liberty Lake location.

Full-time schedule.

Compensation:

$25 per hour.
