Role: We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as
our next incredible team member! This position is responsible for
sourcing new cash management and business deposit relationships, client
service excellence, client retention and payments and operational cash
flow consultation. Responsible for growing the Bank\'s core deposits
through partner referrals and self-sourced efforts, and accountable for
understanding client and prospect business environments, strategies and
industries to best determine the financial needs and appropriate cash
management solutions. Duties and responsibilities may include: Manage
all elements of the sales cycle including business development, prospect
qualification, needs analysis, close of sale, and periodic follow up to
ensure customer satisfaction with banking relationship. Devise and
execute a plan to exceed individual sales goals. Actively manage a
pipeline of business deposit prospects. Partner with Business Banking
Sales and Cash Management Operations teams to create business deposit
and cash management proposals and pricing proformas. Develop independent
channels to prospect for new business deposit clients. Prepare
applications and implementation documentation, in accordance with all
regulatory and Bank processes, review documents for completeness,
accuracy. Recognize cross sale referral opportunities to Bank business
partners as appropriate. Schedule and run client meetings, proposal
presentations, product demonstrations, and relationship reviews. Design
customer-centric cash management solutions and provide consultative
expertise on industry topics and the Bank\'s suite of cash management
products. Assist in training bank partners in cash management products,
services, and sales strategy. Analyze bank statements to ensure clients
are getting the full advantages of their cash management suite of
products and to negotiate products and pricing. Collaborate with Bank
staff to ensure proper execution of products, testing, implementation,
developing plans, strategizing, and executing ways to generate deposits
and grow fee income. This is a regular full-time, salaried exempt
position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary
between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CDT Monday through Friday. This
position will work on-site at our IncredibleBank branch location in
Wausau, WI on 17th Avenue. Intermittent travel will be required based on
business and/or customer needs. About You: You do what is right over

recommended and preferred qualifications are: Bachelor\'s degree in
marketing, business, or finance preferred or equivalent combination of
education or experience. 3-5 years\' experience in Treasury/Cash
Management, Bank Retail or Business Banking services including
implementation, in-depth product knowledge, specialty software
knowledge, and experience in the financial industry. Demonstrated
customer relationship management and/or business development experience.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills, such as performing bank fee
analysis. Thorough knowledge of impending market shifts, payment
processes, financial services products competition, industry challenges
and opportunities. Ability to communicate in a clear, professional
manner. High attention to detail, organization, and resourcefulness.
Knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations
