Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate at our Distribution Hub in Maryville, TN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that stock is efficiently received, stored, and shipped to local clients. Your daily tasks will include receiving stock from a larger distribution center, organizing it for local storage, and fulfilling orders by picking and shipping products to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

Receive stock from the central distribution center and organize it in local storage.

Fulfill local orders by picking, packing, and shipping products to clients.

Operate an Order Picker forklift to reach heights of up to 20 feet, standing for long periods during shifts.

Utilize a standing Reach Truck for certain orders when necessary.

Maintain inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.

Perform general warehouse labor tasks including loading, unloading, and inventory management.

Essential Skills

Experience in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

Proficiency in operating forklifts, specifically Order Picker and Reach Truck.

Strong inventory management and control skills.

Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a warehouse distribution hub is a plus.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Work Environment

Work in a friendly and supportive environment with 10 team members at our Maryville warehouse. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a one-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks. Enjoy paid holidays and a culture that values your contributions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maryville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
