Overview

In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for members, assisting them with a wide range of financial products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and digital banking solutions. What You'll Do
Provide outstanding service to current and prospective members by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
Assist members with opening and maintaining checking, savings, IRA, trust, estate, and certificate accounts.
Guide members through consumer loan, mortgage, home equity, overdraft protection, and credit card application processes.
Research and resolve account inquiries, discrepancies, and loan-related concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through cross-selling and educating members on additional products and services.
Perform a variety of platform banking transactions while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Handle cash and negotiable instruments accurately and securely.
Support and mentor entry-level team members by providing assistance and training as needed.
Maintain a strong understanding of financial products, services, and applicable federal regulations.
Assist with branch operations, including vault opening, closing, balancing procedures, and ATM vault responsibilities when required.
Contribute to a positive team environment and perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service experience, preferably in a call center, banking, retail, or financial services environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused setting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information.
Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office applications and performing data entry tasks.
Ability to build rapport, identify needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
