Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Shift:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, potential overtime on weekends

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Managing and responding to email correspondence related to shipping operations

Maintaining and organizing shipping-related documentation and paperwork

Tracking daily operational data and ensuring accurate logging and reporting

Assisting with scheduling, calendaring, and providing general administrative support

Performing data entry and maintaining records in Excel and internal systems

Answering phone inquiries and delivering professional communication support

Prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ordering office and shipping supplies as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have 1-3 years of administrative or clerical experience (shipping/logistics support preferred)

Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Google for email and calendaring

Possess strong data tracking and organizational skills

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Can multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism

Are experienced in handling high volumes of email, paperwork, and tracking tasks

Have strong PC skills and attention to detail
