Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Office Services Associate to provide exceptional mailroom, shipping and receiving, print services, and front-office support. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a "white glove" service mindset. The successful candidate will support day-to-day office operations while delivering outstanding service to employees, guests, and executive-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, including package tracking and distribution.

Provide mailroom services, including sorting, distributing, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.

Operate and support printers, copiers, and multifunction devices, assisting users with print and copy requests.

Deliver high-quality office and operational support to ensure smooth workplace operations.

Professionally greet and assist guests, visitors, and clients upon arrival.

Maintain conference rooms, common areas, and office service centers as needed.

Respond to employee requests and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Support executive and VIP requests with professionalism and discretion.

Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

Shipping and Receiving

Mailroom Operations

Print/Copy Services

Office Services or Administrative Support

Reception or Guest Services

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Experience using email and standard office technology.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
