Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an Executive Administrative Assistant in Carlsbad, CA. This Executive Administrative Assistant position is a direct hire opportunity!

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities for Executive Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prioritize appointments

Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and correspondence for executive leadership

Track action items, follow up on key initiatives, and support special projects across departments

Maintain confidential records and serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Executive Administrative Assistant position:

5+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior-level executives

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Proven ability to manage confidential information, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $900,000.00 per year
