Coordinate and perform basic maintenance and repair services of educational technologies and simulation equipment. Maintain schedule of maintenance requirements for each piece of equipment. Contact vendor representative to schedule maintenance.
Participate on committees in an ad hoc role to promote the utilization of educational technology across the curriculum.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and maintain the reputation of the organization as a viable business partner.
Salary Range: $24.40-$35.30/hour; commensurate with qualilfications and experience
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree OR an equivalent combination of education and healthcare work experience (e.g. Associate + 2 years in healthcare, Diploma + 4 years in healthcare).
Must pass a State of Minnesota background study in accordance with Minnesota statutes.
Ability to meet MN State Requirements including Health Care Provider CPR certification, and up-to-date immunizations, including influenza.
Preferred Qualification
Experience in a. CNA, LPN, EMT or related healthcare role.
Experience in facilitating simulation education.
Experience in working independently.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and public speaking.
Knowledge of different forms of technology and willingness to learn additional technology platforms.
Self-motivated individual able to participate in a team and adapt well to new situations.
Ability to manage an on-going budget.
