Job Summary:
The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking an experienced individual who performs as the Senior Vendor, and Contracts Manager responsible for all aspects of vendor management, and associated contracts. This position will also act as the primary liaison for vendor management and for establishing vendor management tools, creating and maintenance of vendor score carding and other vendor management best practices.

Job Duties:
Establishes, implements, and maintains vendor management tools and tracks systems
Researches vendors, evaluates vendor performance, develops vendor selection and approves standards, processes and procedures
Resolves vendor disputes, analyzes vendor trends, and risks in performance
Builds vendors relationships
Selects vendors and onboarding processes
Contracts vendor lifecycle management
Contracts vendor negotiation, reviews and maintenance
Performs, and tracks vendor Service Level Agreements
Escalates breaches in Service Level Agreements
Analyzes contracts pending renewals for applicability and viability
Contracts monitoring and compliance
Renews or terminates contracts
Maintains record of all contracts
Supervises staff, evaluates subordinates work, and addresses various personnel issues
Serves as tiered level support for deployed vendor applications, resolves and directs support as necessary
Maintains a log of services activities and tracks resolution
Drives on State business
Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment

Selective Preference(s):
Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related field
Five (5) years experience in managing IT contracts and technology vendors

Retirement :
Positions in this classification participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS).
