Key Responsibilities:

Operates with minimal oversight on highly complex, safety-related scopes

Influences cross-functional and supplier decisions impacting project outcomes

Leads resolution of high-risk, high-impact procurement challenges

Is recognized as a subject matter expert in nuclear procurement and supplier execution

Drives standardization and best practices across projects and teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Nuclear preferred) or Supply Chain

Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, engineering, or project execution within a regulated/industrial environment.

Advanced understanding of nuclear procurement requirements, quality standards, and supplier manufacturing processes

Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation and cost analysis

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, global supply chains with high execution risk

Strong leadership and influencing skills across cross-functional teams and suppliers

Ability to operate independently and prioritize across multiple high-impact activities

Familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, Sharepoint

Highly proficient in MS Office applications/tools

Ability to travel up to 20%

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $103,200 to $129,000 per year.
